Amazon has announced it will open its first Australian sorting centre in Craigieburn. Qanstruct has commenced construction on the 15,600 sqm sorting centre at the Goodman Group’s Amaroo Business Park. The centre will be Amazon’s fifth Melbourne warehouse, and will join the retail giant’s 200,000 sqm robotics fulfilment centre in western Sydney in servicing Australia’s east coast.
