Built will welcome Andrew Morgan as its new Construction Director next Monday, reporting to Peter Radovanovic.
Morgan comes from Multiplex, where he worked for twenty years in a range of management and operational roles including Construction Manager, and most recently, Regional Director.
Morgan’s experience includes a number of high-profile projects including the Lucient Apartment building on St Kilda Road, Citadines Hotel on Bourke Street and 700 Bourke Street in Docklands.
In his new role at Built, Morgan will support Radovanovic in the delivery of Built’s Total Solution strategy, including overseeing all projects.
The scope of Morgan’s role as Construction Director also includes coaching and supporting Construction Managers and Project Managers and maintaining Built’s workplace culture.
Hailing from Geelong, Morgan’s personal and professional network will assist Built with its ongoing expansion into the coastal city.

Built’s current Victorian pipeline includes the construction of The Hive precinct at Melbourne Airport, which includes offices, a childcare facility and a 10 storey dual-branded airport hotel linked to Terminal 4.
Also in the works are two CBD student accommodation buildings for Scape, on Swanston and Franklin Streets.
