Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with deep construction knowledge to join the team. 

As a Project Manager at Bowden Corporation, you are the leader of the project construction team and ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of allocated Bowden Corporation projects. Successful delivery is measured on: 

• Time: delivery of projects within or better than allocated time periods and the management of contractual obligations therein. 

• Quality: Delivery of products in accordance with Bowden Corporation standards and client’s expectations. 

• Cost: Delivery of projects within or better than Bowden Corporation's allocated project budget. 

• HSEQ: Delivery of services within or better than Bowden Corporation's, regulatory requirements, and client’s expectations. 

• Client Satisfaction: Delivery of projects on time, on budget and with clear communication. 

A critical part of the role is fostering a collaborative project team environment, and the management, supervision and development of the project team members. Typically, this includes the Site Manager, Leading Hand or Junior Site Manager, Contract Administrator and supporting administrative staff who are all involved to achieve a successful project delivery.

Implementation of project OH&S is a responsibility that will be implemented through the Site Manager and HSEQ Manager. You will enforce Bowden Corp’s policies where necessary to ensure that everyone works in a safe environment.  

Clear communication skills are necessary as you will need to communicate with a varied number of stakeholders from office staff, subcontractors to the client and consultants on each project.  

You will report directly to the Regional Managers on each project program, risks, gains and opportunities, and providing a general overview of the development of each project and monthly project reports for senior management.
