Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you are responsible for ensuring all time, cost, quality targets are achieved in project delivery to the satisfaction of all stakeholders, while upholding the CONSLT Culture and Values as part of the project experience.
You have responsibility across the following areas:

PEOPLE
- Lead the team to success
- Ensure family resources are effectively deployed
- Chair meetings and ensure effective communication
- Manage issue of all meeting minutes
- Report on project status
- Regular site attendance
CUSTOMERS
- Communicate proactively
- Resolution of issues in a timely manner – solutions focused
- Proactively identify customer needs
- Nurturing client relationships
- Contribute to the preparation of winning bids
- Seek out new bids and opportunities through existing projects and networks
- Develop a loyal supply chain
- Ensure CST performance and build genuine relationships
- Negotiate scope of works and contract sums
- Attend subcontractor co-ordination meetings
- Facilitate transition of project to client care manager
FINANCIAL
- Achieve family financial targets
- Manage securities
- Prepare project cash flows
- Process debtor claims
- Prepare, submit and close out requests for information (RFI’s), time claims (NOD’s / EOT/s, variations and back charges
- Assess claims for payment
- Forecast project costs
- Finalisation of adjusted contracted sums
- Proactively assess, prepare and submit time claims in accordance with the contract
PROCESS
- Implement and deliver best practice systems and process
- Manage procurement process
- Identify continuous improvement
- Own time, cost, quality and safety certainty
- Reach practical completion (PC) and obtain occupancy certificate (OC) as programmed
- Manage all aspects of defect closure, sign off to be achieved within agreed timeframes
- Assess and respond to subcontractor variations within 24hrs of receipt
- Attend all project meetings, exhibit sound knowledge across all aspects of the project
- Issue clear and concise meeting minutes within 48hrs, ensure items are actioned accordingly
- Detailed buildable programs and methodologies to meet bid timeframes
- Adhere to and enforce workplace, health & safety (WHS) requirements
- Project specific construction risk assessments to bid timeframes
- Identify, manage and maintain risk analysis, construction programs and procurement schedules
- Consistent and accurate data entry
- Produce accurate and timely project reporting
- Issue samples and work shop drawings for review in line with contract requirements
- All project documentation updated issued and available with 24hrs of receipt
- Executed deeds of release and processed retention claims within required timeframes
- Effectively manage defect close out
- Arrange for the return of head contract security
- Confirm certification requirements
