LU Simon Wins Historic Rosella Redevelopment

LU Simon have won the tender for redevelopment of the iconic Rosella factory in Cremorne.  The property was purchased by developer Zig Inge in 2016, who in January last year won a permit to build a seven-storey, 7500 sqm office space in the airspace above.  The project is slated for a 2020 completion, in time for plumbing supplies giant Reece…
