Value $7.1M | Aspyer Group were appointed by Jadig Finance to deliver their own development in Armadale. Aspyer worked with Jadig to refine the project design and scope to achieve the clients budget without compromising the quality outcomes that were so important to them. This project consists of 11 high end apartment over 4 levels with a ground floor retail tenancy on High Street.

This project included custom joinery, fully appointed kitchen, meeting rooms, boardroom with smart control and complete audio visual facilities to facilitate virtual meetings and property auctions. This project was a joy to deliver and the client absolutely thrilled with the outcome.

Built in a live environment and in less than 8 weeks, the brief here was a stylish and high end fitout to the highest quality in the quickest time to ensure minimal downtime and maximized business continuity for our client. This goal was achieved in full and the client wrapped with the finished product.

Value: $4.8M | Boutique apartment development in the leafy inner suburb of Ivanhoe. The development of 12 high quality apartments spread over three levels of living with single level basement car parking. The design combines natural off form concrete, brickwork, aluminium cladding and timber feature paneling.

Sebastian is a founding partner and director of Aspyer Group providing strategic guidance across all business operations. He leads our pre-contract and project delivery activities ensuring our engagement adds value to the client, is structured to best manage the project risk profile and all project objectives are fully achieved through to completion. With over 18 years experience across a range of sectors in the construction industry, Sebastian has forged an exemplary career in delivering a variety of major projects for some of Australia’s most recognised Contractors both locally and abroad.
