Trinity College – The University of Melbourne
Bringing a track record of successfully delivering projects in collaboration with Trinity College, together with Hayball and Donald Cant Watts Corke, Harris HMC was engaged to construct new student accommodation in the north-east precinct of Trinity College located in Parkville, within walking distance of the University of Melbourne. Building accommodation for an additional 100 students, this state-of-the-art project also included shared lounge study areas, common rooms, a bar & function facility, a gym, offices, art and music rooms, bicycle storage and waste facilities.

Frederick Street Apartments – Doncaster Hill
Located in one of Melbourne’s most sought after suburbs with magnificent city views, Doncaster Hill, the Frederick Street Apartments showcase the best of apartment style living. Designed in collaboration with award-winning architect Clarke Hopkins Clarke, this project included 42 luxury apartments over five levels plus two basement levels. Featuring large living areas flooded with natural light, finely detailed joinery with superior quality fixtures, these stunning apartments are encapsulated within a façade of horizontal elements set against sweeping curved balconies and finished with cascading greenery.
Doncaster Hill, VIC

Song He Xin Yuan - Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust
Harris HMC was engaged to develop this unique and bespoke project by long-term client Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust. Designed in accordance with Feng Shui principles, Song He Xin Yuan is a dedicated Buddhist cemetery catering for Asian burials and the interment of cremated remains. Set amidst a magnificent landscape with Chinese style pagodas, an iconic Bell Pavilion with a columbarium, two smaller pagodas, a trickle stream and a cascading series of water features, all with high quality culturally significant detailing and finishes.
