Barpa an Indigenous owned and operated construction company, offering a full construction capability that includes experience delivering in regional and remote locations. Minicon delivers projects at small to medium project values across many sectors, including health & science, technology, education, commercial and high-end residential. And Interface who specialise in cladding and facade solutions of any size.

600 Church St
At the former location of Nuttelex building on the prominent corner of Church and Balmain streets in Cremorne, Wood Marsh Architecture has designed an exceptional statement building, 600 Church Street, that will provide a unique opportunity for the businesses looking to house their headquarters at an address of distinction. Setting a new commercial benchmark, office levels commence at level 1 and finish at level 7. Level 4 office space has a dedicated external terrace that has East, West and North views. Office floors 1 to 7 have a mixture of “cold shell” and “warm shell” handover. The roof level is a combination of building plant for HVAC and external terrace with landscaping and seating for tenant use.

St Boulevard
The landmark residential project St Boulevard on St Kilda Road consists of three apartment towers (Anaca, Ginko and Magnolia). Construction of all three buildings was undertaken at once with the first two completed towers delivered in late 2019, and the third in April 2020. The development is home to a combined total of 435 luxury apartments with over 4,000 square metres of 5-star resident amenities and landscaping. Apartments are spacious and offer modern living with the option of one and two generously sized bedrooms. Amenities include a resort-style pool, private dining and entertainment areas, children’s play areas, a karaoke and games room, fully equipped gym, spa, sauna and private cinema room.

Docklands Residences and Marriott Hotel
The Docklands Residences will share the DKO Architecture-designed tower with a new Marriott hotel; the first to be built in Australia in 20 years. The Marriott is a 5 Star Green Star Development located on a parcel of land within the existing District Docklands Shopping Centre. The completed mixed use development will incorporate 110 residential apartments, 200 hotel rooms, 88 car spaces as well as overhang portions of the existing District Docklands through air rights. Ground floor includes café, restaurant and bar facilities, communal amenities to podium, and Marriott Hotel and apartments above featuring city views. The rooftop will boast a 28-metre-long infinity edge swimming pool with a social bar and dining area directly behind.

Epworth Hospital Eastern Flats Redevelopment
The Epworth Eastern Flats Redevelopment consists of the design and construction of a new fourteen storey East Wing Tower adjacent to the existing Hospital which will also undergo refurbishment. The tower construction incorporates three levels of underground parking, including fit out of seven floors and refurbishment of existing floors within the existing hospital including a pathology laboratory, staff lounge, offices and consulting suites. Construction will address the capacity of patient beds and operating theatres. This project will significantly expand Epworth Healthcare and Vital Healthcare infrastructure while ensuring all patients can access leading-edge technologies and be treated within their community by skilled healthcare professionals.

Drouin Wastewater Expansion
Icon CCB Envico and Gippsland Water is expanding the wastewater treatment plant at Drouin to cater for future growth until 2050. The upgrade involves the construct and commission a new membrane bioreactor (MBR) activated sludge treatment plant to operate in parallel and augment the existing lagoon system. The new MBR plant comprising of inlet pumping, screens modifications, fine screens and flow split System, membrane and bioreactor trains, overhead gantry crane, blower building, MBR switch room, chemical area, sludge dewatering, odour control facility and administration building. Improving the reliability of the plant has community and environmental benefits including, higher quality treated water ensuring less odour for residents, and the ability to recycle more wastewater.

Community
We work to benefit the various communities in which we work and live and we encourage good corporate citizenship. Across the company we aim to benefit society and have implemented our Community 2-Day initiative, where employees are offered paid leave to allow them to undertake volunteer work with a charity or community organisation of their choice. We also regularly provide support to selected charities, fundraisers and disaster relief groups. We are very supportive in the recognising and participating in National Reconciliation and NAIDOC Week. Cultural significant days play a big part in Icon in showcasing our awareness and how we can play a bigger role in servicing the community’s needs.
