Prior to founding Kapitol Group our company directors and many of our senior key personnel gained extensive and valuable experience with a major tier-one contractor via the delivery of a wealth of projects across Australia. In the past decade, our team has delivered over $5b worth of projects. That’s $500m per annum of consistent and successful time, quality, cost and safety outcomes for clients.

6 data halls/ 5 levels 11,000m2 Initially appointed NEXTDC’s partner of choice to help them deliver Stage 2 of the hyperscale build at the M2 facility in Melbourne. This partnership has been extended as we move forward together to deliver Stage 4 of Victoria’s only Tier IV certified data centre.
We are transforming the historic Brunswick landmark, Sarah Sands Hotel to deliver 31 bespoke residences complemented by unique work spaces and dining destinations. The build includes six storeys and a two-level basement in addition to restoring the hotel façade to its original glory.
628 Bourke will be undertaken in a live office environment. Works include extensive demolition work to revitalise the external façade both on Bourke and Lt Bourke Street and includes removing pre-cast panelling and replacing shopfront. The atrium upgraded, retail tenancy, and a restaurant.
