What We Stand For
SHAPE has been helping Australian companies bring their commercial spaces to life for more than 32 years – in offices, retail, hospitality spaces, healthcare, hotels and high security environments.
By working collaboratively with clients, partners and subcontractors, we’ve learnt that understanding the unique needs of clients is where a great project journey begins. It’s ultimately about creating better experiences for everyone and working hard to inject this commitment into everything we do.
We strive to be ‘the place where everyone wants to work’. By investing in our strongest asset, our people, we’ve built a diverse, committed team who leave lasting impacts on our clients and the people that experience their spaces for the years to come.

ANZ – Open House Refurbishment
Located at 833 Collins St, the aim of the ANZ “Open House” Project was to refresh and activate level
10, ANZ’s Global Headquarters.
Level 10 had previously been under-utilised and the project's goal was to make the space more approachable and provide greater amenity for ANZ’s staff and customers.
A part of ANZ’s project brief was an emphasis on sustainability and reuse. This can be seen through the clever integration of the existing built environment, such as partitions, ceilings and joinery, and also the innovative reuse of demolished materials, such as terrazzo stone tiling and joinery slabs.

Across three continuous floors, the area was connected via a breathtaking atrium and feature staircase under a reflective geometric ceiling.
The facility also included a reception, bookable dynamic desk zones, large training/atrium space, breakout spaces, flexible office spaces as well as large medium and small meeting rooms.
