We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Project Manager to join our incredible team of professionals dedicated to delivering quality and innovative projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee construction projects in high end luxury residential or commercial building space, ensuring their successful completion while exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities include but not limited to -

• Develop and manage trade letting schedule and program to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
• Plan, initiate, and manage construction projects from conception to completion, adhering to budget, program, and quality requirements
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project progress
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as establishing project milestones and monitoring their achievements
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and making necessary adjustments to maintain financial targets
• Oversee contracts administration, including preparing and negotiating contracts, managing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Adhering to company HSE policies and procedures and ensuring compliance
• Mentor and coach project team members; maximising teamwork for successful project delivery
