Responsibilities
What you'll do:
▪ Manage procurement of all preliminaries and trades elements.
▪ Administer all Sub-Contracts and Supply Orders for the project.
▪ Manage all site administration using company cost-to-complete software Jobpac
▪ Preparation of reports
▪ Manage establishment & maintenance of Project Administration & Commercial processes.
▪ Assist with the Project set up
▪ Assist in the identification of project risks and opportunities
▪ Administer Project Insurances.
▪ Monitor plant and equipment inventory.
▪ Manage Client progress claim.
▪ Co-ordination of Subcontractor / Consultant claims.
▪ Write, prepare and present monthly PCG report
▪ Write, manage and present monthly project review report
▪ Manage all compliance with planning permit conditions
