66-70 BLACK STREET
Brighton is known for its unique blend of lifestyle and boutique along with its many restaurants and bars. The 66-70 BLACK STREET apartment project is the most prestigious project to come. It consists of the demolition of three existing buildings followed by the construction of a 23 contemporary apartments with luxury in mind. Residents will enjoy a variety of amenities such as a wine cellar, a tasting room, a car wash, and a rooftop pool.

NIGHTINGALE WURRU WURRU BIIK
Nightingale's Brunswick project includes four new communities: Nightingale Wurru-wurru, Laak, Yambook, and Ngawan. All of these apartments will be located in the Albion Street area. During the early stages of the project, Nightingale Housing worked with the local community members, including Aunty Gail Smith and Julieanne Axford. Sarah Lynn Rees, an Indigenous architect, has also been working with the team to provide her expertise on the project. One of the outcomes of this process is the naming of the communities after the Woi Wurrung theme.

OPUS HOUSE
The elegant residences of the Opus House are situated in a fully landscaped setting with large outdoor terraces and courtyards. The quality of the materials and the craftsmanship of the interior design are at the forefront of this project. The central atrium of the building is designed by Memla Landscape architects and features a green and welcoming entrance. The two and three-bedroom floor plans contain a variety of features to meet the varying needs of the buyers.
