Vaughan is nearing completion of a world-class 10,000m² cheese production facility for La Casa Del Formaggio in Edinburgh Parks, South Australia.. The new facility will allow the client to meet the rising demand for its fresh cheese and dairy products in Australia and to expand into new export markets
Another recently completed project is the 21,600m² multi-tenancy industrial Charter Hall Glendenning Logistics Estate in New South Wales that includes two warehouse facilities and three tenancies.
The project was built with a 99kw solar system and a number of effective sustainability measures in order to receive a 5 Star Green Star Design & As-Built rating.
In the education construction sector, Vaughan has partnered with Brighton Grammar to deliver the G.B Robertson Hall project and delivered Loreto Toorak’s Clendon Centre, Auditorium and Cafeteria.
