Cobild Celebrate Internal Promotions Through Career Blueprint Program
The Career Blueprint Program, created to support Cobildians in uncovering fulfilling careers, has enabled Cobild to announce three new internal promotions.
Confident that a healthy and happy team has an increased capacity for sound decision-making, creative problem-solving, and lateral thinking, Cobildians are encouraged to challenge themselves in all facets of life.
The Cobild community benefits from employee engagement, productivity, and consistency, which the company is proud to promote alongside its employees.
Cobild offers robust internal support systems that develop and keep hold of top talent. They promote (and actually practise) self-care and good mental health at every level, and mindfulness is a significant part of how they conduct their daily business.
They firmly believe that their team is their business, so ensuring their physical and mental health, benefits both their brand and the project as a whole.
The Career Blueprint Program at Cobild enables Cobildians to challenge themselves and follow their passions in a safe environment.
Together with the Head of People and Culture, Career Blueprint creates a team member’s short and long-term goals and a fulfilling career path (both inside and outside of work).
12 promotions have already been made possible by this program in 2022, ranging from Contract Administrators to Project Managers to Operations, Warehouse, Site Managers and People & Culture.
Cobild is happy to announce the most recent three promotions:
- Corey Barter – Assistant Project Manager
- Chanelle Secatore – Contract Administrator Team Leader
- Alanna Owen – Contract Administrator
“Cobild is fast gaining a reputation as a workplace genuinely known for facilitating new opportunities for growth and progression. I’m personally driven by the task of subverting conventional practices around career development, rewarding teams on merit and performance rather than tenure, and I appreciate the positive impact our internal leaders can make towards creating a community of engaged, productive and evolving Cobildians.”
Adriarna Nunn – Head of People & Culture
At Cobild, a $2,000 annual learning and development budget per Cobildian is available for use in any professional development course. In 2022, 89% of Cobildians have already taken up this initiative across coaching, mentoring, short courses, or industry-wide conferences.
Cobildians have access to a suite of other employee offerings including a five-day work week, supportive & family-friendly workplace with an expanded Parental Leave Policy, multiple Employee Wellbeing days, Employee Appreciation Days on their ‘workaversary’ and access to the wellbeing platform Uprise.
