Grollo Group Secure Albert Park Site for New BTR Project

Grollo Group has acquired a new site opposite Albert Park Lake, slated for another Home Build-to-Rent (BTR) project. Home Albert Park has been backed by Singaporean wealth fund GIC, which has contributed to the recent Home project in South Yarra.
