ABD Group are set to be announced preferred builder for the prestigious Malvern Collective located in Melbourne’s inner South at 641 Dandenong Road, Malvern.
Despite the pandemic’s threat to halt prospective developments going ahead, more establishments dotted throughout Melbourne such as Malvern Collective are scheduled to start works in the next months.
Malvern Collective is led by Kokoda Property, whose two luxury award-winning developments are already located in Brisbane and worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
ABD Group will build retail and commercial tenancies, adjoining pub and 265 apartments, 1-bedroom apartments selling for $495,000 and three-bedroom and penthouses for over $1m.
The new grandiose complex is inspired by 5-star hotels from across the world and has been designed by local Jackson Clement Burrows Architects and interior design by Carr Design Studio.

Malvern Collective will boast CBD, Bay and Dandenong Ranges views and are located seconds from Malvern’s train station.
Malvern Collective also promises prospective homeowners access to an Infinity pool, a health and wellness centre including a spa, sauna and steam room, a private theatre and residents lounge, 7-day concierge services and multiple smart car charging stations.
ABD Group has an expansive portfolio of residential apartment buildings in and around Melbourne which includes;
OROS+ comprises 366 apartments in Oakleigh with a project value estimated between $140-150m.
Liberty One and Two Footscray apartment establishment valued at over $200m.
Flagstaff Green, 242 apartments located across 20 levels in West Melbourne and valued over $65m.
Moray Street in Southbank contains 168 serviced apartments over 38 levels and valued over $40m.
ABD Group is scheduled to begin work on the new apartment complex in October.
