ABD Group Announces New Construction Director

ABD and Marcus Groups welcome Ivan Delic to its leadership team as Construction Director, he joins Gino Aiello who has been internally promoted to the role of Construction Director.

Delic brings twenty years’ experience to his role at ABD & Marcus Groups, coming from a strong trade background working on contracts from $10m to $120m+.

He began his career at Hickory as Foreman, working his way up to Construction Manager.

Following this, Delic moved on to start his own commercial carpentry and plastering business, XPro Constructions, where he was at the helm for seven years.

ABD is currently constructing the OROS+ project in Oakleigh, a three-building residential development for Viapac Group. The $140m project includes 260 apartments and 106 serviced apartments along with shared amenities. The project is due for completion in Q3 this year.

Marcus Group has a busy workbook including several residential projects, both apartments and townhouses, such as the recently announced Lt Hardiman Lofts in Kensington.

Marcus Group will also construct a new wine making facility at Levantine Hill Estate. The facility, designed by Fender Katsalidis, combines a winery, display and events space, as well as wine tasting and presentation areas, and is valued at over $20 million.
