Alchemy Construct Foster Growth Through ‘Alchemy Edge’

Alchemy Construct have introduced their latest initiative to foster growth and innovation within the company – ‘Alchemy Edge’.

Alchemy Edge is a quarterly event similar to a TEDx style presentation, where an internal or external speaker presents an opportunity for Alchemy to accelerate forward in the market.

The initiative comes as Alchemy continues their strong growth and senior leadership quickly identified that as the business grows, it’s important to keep everybody aligned and thinking forward in their approach.

“It is important as we grow that we stay connected and stay inspired about the potential ahead for all of us at Alchemy.” Sarah-Anne Munro, Director of Brand and Marketing at Alchemy said.

Construction is undergoing huge change and disruption, which is likely to continue over the next decade. Building an internal culture focused on the power of the collective and giving employees the best resources to succeed will help Alchemy evolve through industry change disruption.

Alchemy Construct continues to forge their way into the Tier 2 space, with strong aspirations for the next five years – keeping them on the cutting edge of industry.

Alchemy Edge is designed to give employees the opportunity to contribute to this acceleration of growth through their experiences on both site and HQ operations, sharing best practice and identifying room for continued innovation, whilst continually seeking improvement in processes used to scale operations.

They will bring in external speakers who can share their experiences and shape new approaches to work that allows the company to sharpen their form, from marketing to construction management, to materials and technology used in practice.
