Duo Projects affirms its ongoing commitment to the development of its future talent and increasing diversity of its leadership in announcing the promotion of Katherine Strain and Jarvis Mellor as Senior Project Managers.

As an effective communicator to both clients and contractors, Katherine is an asset to any project team. with a keen eye for detail, Katherine has been involved in all aspects of project management including due diligence, design, tender and project delivery. Her experience extends across residential, hotel and aged care sectors.
Katherine is currently working on the delivery of the Swanston Central residential development, the W Hotel Melbourne and the Next Story Hotel Melbourne.
With over seven years working in the industry as a contractor and project manager, Jarvis has a proven track record in project delivery. His engineering qualification has proved useful in solving early design issues, and his construction experience has overcome issues relating to latent conditions, authority and heritage requirements. Along with his commercial background, Jarvis brings a commercial acumen to his approach on all phases of the project.
Jarvis is currently managing the early design of a new CBD commercial high rise, working with Carlton Football Club on the redevelopment of Ikon Park and overseeing the delivery of La Trobe University’s new Mass Timber Project.
