Plans Revealed for New $370M Gold Coast Turf Club Precinct

Plans have been revealed to transform the Gold Coast Turf Club in Surfers Paradise with $370 million of development as a mixed-use precinct. Sunlight Lifestyle Precinct will add residential apartments, luxury hotel accommodation, hospitality and retail alongside the Bundall racecourse.
