Hickory Preferred Builder for Bourke Street Walk Arcade

Hickory has been announced preferred builder for the redevelopment of Walk Arcade on Bourke Street. The project will see the arcade, which runs between Collins Street and Bourke Street Mall, given a facelift and expanded to include a hotel alongside retail spaces, culminating 9,000m2 of net lettable area.
