Jardon Group Appoint New Senior Hire

Jardon Group has bolstered their team, leadership and global experience with their newest Senior Estimator appointment, Tommy Teo.

Tommy spent ten years as a Senior Contract Administrator at PPES (Sarawak) Pty Ltd in Malaysia – a Tier 1 rated Civil & Building Company – where he administered contract management for the main contractors and subcontractors. 

In Australia, Tommy has worked with some reputable builders such as John Hindmarsh, Johns Lyng Group, and Ireland Brown Construction as a Senior Estimator.

Tommy brings experience working with modern estimating and software systems; a technology-forward approach to drive growth and efficiency across the business. 

This provided a great-fit with Jardon Group, who have been using technology to shape their recruitment with Conecta for over two years.

Tommy believes attention-to-detail is the best way to enhance a bid and win commercial tenders. This will shape a robust tender submission and instil confidence in Jardon Groups process by prospective clients.

Tommy has several additional skills he brings to the Jardon team including dispute resolution in contracts and procurement of fittings, furnishings, and specialised equipment.

Jardon Group strikes a balance between internal promotion and rewarding employees, while recruiting externally to shape a well-rounded team environment.

In December, Jack Middleton was promoted to Project Manager as another successful completion of ‘Jardonite Training’, an internal training program giving employees direct training from their Tier-1 management.

Jardonite Training includes Tier 1 training in administration processes and procedures, building methodologies, safety-first programme, and a client-focused approach.

Earlier in 2022, Jardon Group hired Duncan Macleod as Construction Manager, adding more Tier-1 experience to shape company culture and personnel growth on-site.
