Maben Group has won the contract for the Eastland office tower fit-out at 110 Maroondah Highway in Ringwood. Neighbouring Ringwood Train Station and Eastland Shopping Centre, the 14,000sq m building, dubbed EastCo Tower, will house a mix of office and retail spaces across 10 storeys, with a three-level carpark and mezzanine working space.
