Early Works Begin on GURNER™ $40M Collingwood Boutique Project

Early works have begun on GURNER™’s next luxury boutique project in Collingwood with Melbourne based architectural building company Sinjen appointed as construction partner.

Cambridge Place will be the first project delivered for the developer giant by the award winning Melbourne builder.

The $40m Cambridge Place collection, located at 2-12 Cambridge Street, Collingwood, will encompass six luxury mansions inspired by the sophisticated, timeless grandeur of Milan’s world-renowned architecture and hotels.

Project scope includes:

• Sculptural internal stair with private lift
