Conecta is fortunate to have a tremendously talented pool of partners. Today, we are delighted to welcome Markscon as a new recruitment partner of the community.

John & Sam Marks founded Markscon in 2013 as a Building Company. The concrete and formwork division soon followed, to handle its own building jobs while also taking pride in teaming up with other like-minded builders to build their basements and concrete structures.

When we spoke with John Marks, he highlighted that the secret to a successful project is to produce fantastic results quickly while having fun along the way.

Markscon offers an all-inclusive solution to building needs as an Award-winning Master Builder (MBAV 2017 Best Builder Multi-Unit) and a top major concrete structure contractor with a focus on projects between $5 and $50 million.

As a project partner, they provide a distinctive, adaptable, and financially secure solution thanks to their wealth of expertise in the infrastructure and building industries.

They have delivered a number of projects, including: Nightingale Anstey, Lume Brighton, Opus House, Chester Apartments, Stewart Collective, The Highlife and Logis Business Park.

Current projects are: Nightingale Wurru Wurru Biik and 66-70 Black Street, Brighton.

With over 200 full-time employees, the Markscon team has the expertise, manpower, technical know-how, tools, and resources to deliver the best results for each project.

A direct interaction with employees is something you don’t often find with construction companies, but managers and directors at Markscon are very hands-on.
