Cobild Celebrates their People with 6 Internal Promotions
Cobild has announced a series of internal promotions to cap off Q1, accelerating the careers of six team members.
These promotions show the talent of their team, as well as Cobild’s commitment to providing clear, strong pathways through their Career Blueprint Program.
Cobild achieved a 99% employee retention rate in Q1 2022, further demonstrating their winning team culture and commitment to employee growth. In addition they’ve been recognised as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) business for the last 6 years Australia wide.
Everyone at Cobild is encouraged to grow, expand and pursue changing interests within the business, whether that be through the projects they work on or the job roles they take.
These six key promotions will kick off a strong Q2 with:
- •Alex Salom becoming Project Manager (previously Contract Administrator)
- •Two Contract Administrators; Safwan Al-hawli and Dario Maia (previously Project Coordinators)
- •Project Coordinator Jesse Shustin (previously Cadet)
- •Procurement Coordinator Nicholas Galea (previously Estimator)
- •Bianca Palumbo will continue to cultivate that not-your-typical energy Cobild is known for in her new role as People & Culture Coordinator.
These promotions have opened opportunity to join the Cobild team as they continue to grow in 2022.
