Located in Melbourne's South East, FPH is a leading healthcare facility operated by Healthscope.
Baxter Projects (Baxter) with the complete fit-out upgrade, from initial design through to project handover. This included room design and layout, architect engagement, demolition, construction, electrical works and joinery finishes.

Peninsula Private Hospital
Property managers Napier & Blakeley contracted Baxter Projects to install a new air conditioning system, including a chilled water plant and boiler unit that serves the air handling unit.
Works were managed in 2 stages to ensure minimal disruption in the live environment.
Throughout the project, all works were completed in accordance with Australasian Health Facility Guidelines and National Construction Code rules and regulations.

Baxter competed the intricately detailed fit-out on time, within budget and with particular attention paid to noise reduction given the location.

With 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Steve’s significant building and service-based background enables him to deliver on highly technical and complex projects. His years of project management experience, paired with his ability to problem- solve, has facilitated many successful project deliveries. With the ability to draw on the strength of his team, Steve regularly encourages company development allowing Baxter Projects to continuously evolve.

Marc Heatley
Marc is a highly versatile project manager with a wealth of experience gained from over 20 years’ working in high end domestic, modular and commercial projects. Delivering luxury homes, education & hospitality projects in the Tier 1 & 2 sectors. Large experience in design & construct, modular and in-situ projects, stakeholder management and commercial risk. Marc offers a detailed understanding of project delivery, through a partnership approach & collaboration and leads the project team to deliver the design brief to meet each and every clients expectation.

Richard has been working in the construction industry for 35 years and is highly experienced and professional. He is effective onsite and is good at communicating and organising work.
