Henny was founded in 2018 by Ben Turner, with a clear vision to deliver high-quality
projects with a hands-on approach.
Our diverse team has grown steadily to include professionals in construction, design,
project management, procurement, value engineering, and after care. Guided by values
steeped in excellence, craftsmanship and collaboration, Henny has delivered over $220
million worth of residential and commercial property.
The delivery of each project in our portfolio has fostered ongoing relationships with many
clients and collaborators. These partnerships form one of the cornerstones of our
business, as we work closely alongside our trusted network to deliver unsurpassed

The safety of our team is our number one priority. Our approach to ensuring a safe
workspace for everyone includes the implementation of comprehensive safety management
plans across all sites, with dedicated site welfare officers undertaking regular site inspections to ensure our practices are at the highest standard. We work closely with WorkSafe to ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and effective, in accordance with current regulations and legislation.
We promote flexible working arrangements to support a balanced work schedule and have a dedicated People and Culture Manager who focusses on implementing wellbeing programs and promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
