9 Yarra Street, South Yarra
Construction of an additional level on top of an existing
15 level building.
BHG Australia aim to increase their
net lettable area by adding this commercial space in the
bustling South Yarra precinct. Jardon Group have been
working closely with the client and architect on the D&C
stage through an ECI engagement and are ready to
commence construction early 2021.

18 Clarendon Street, Thornbury
Construction of 6 x townhouses built for Property
Collectives’ syndicate of owners. Stakeholder
communication and collaboration are key to this project
when accommodating for multiple owners in the one
build.

332 Victoria Street, Richmond
Construction of six high-end townhouses plus a ground
level retail space to service Richmond’s busy Victoria
Street precinct. Jardon’s strong client relationship with
Co.Develop – an alternative development model
adopting a syndicate of private investors – has led to a
pipeline of similar projects that are currently being
directly negotiated with Jardon.

17 & 19 Dover Street, Cremorne
Due to Jardon’s strong relationship and quality project
delivery on 15 Dover Street, this developer asked
Jardon to build two additional commercial buildings in
Dover Street, creating an iconic commercial block in
Cremorne’s new commercial precinct. This project is 6
weeks ahead of program.

Lifestyle Communities Clubhouse Wollert
The Clubhouse at an over 50s independent living
resort-style development includes a gym, indoor heated
pool, bowling green, café with alfresco dining, a cinema
room, billiards, library, and a workshop for residents to
enjoy. This complex, high-end project is designed for
high foot-traffic which demands Jardon’s exacting level
of quality assurance to achieve the specified finishes. Project completed ahead of program and close to zero defects.

15 Dover Street, Cremorne
A challenging redevelopment which includes the
addition of a large, cantilevered office space to a small
inner suburb block previously occupied by a small
terrace home. Designed by NTF Architecture, the
project encountered challenges during commencement
which Jardon Group successfully navigated, and was
completed on time and on budget in August 2019.

Brian believes in honest relationships, collaborative partnerships and highly productive project teams. His global career of more than 15+ years in Tier 1 construction, saw him deliver over $3.9B in projects across commercial, residential, retail and hotel sectors.
Brian has built his business around the value ‘people come first’, and none more-so than his team. He believes in transparent management, leading by example and engaging & mentoring his team to solve and deliver exceptional client results.
Harry Maxwell
Project Manager
Harry is a highly skilled and savvy construction project leader with a wealth of major project delivery experience.
From delivering projects such as Mirvac’s Riverside Quay and 477 Collins Street and other significant projects, Harry understands how to achieve exceptional quality on challenging developments.
Harry is a trusted member of the Jardon team and a highly valuable player on site. His diligence, problem-solving capabilities and experience helps ensure that all of Jardon’s projects are delivered collaboratively, with certainty and with quality.
Rikki-Lee Schmitt
Marketing & Communications Manager
Rikki-Lee has a wealth of experience across design, marketing and project management. Her career has spanned more than 14 years with leading brands across the Middle East and Australia and in her current role is critical across project management and stakeholder communications. Rikki-Lee ensures Jardon Group clients receive the very highest level of service on each and every project.
