Ivanhoe Primary School - Stage 2 - Senior Building
McColl Smith Projects recently
completed the construction of
the school’s new 2 level senior
building including the surrounding
architecturally designed landscape
within the existing school grounds.
Managing all stakeholder needs
and working collaboratively with
Maddison Architects, Ivanhoe
Primary School and the Victorian
School Building Authority, MSP
successfully delivered the new
build project to programme and
within budget.

Railway Hotel
McColl Smith Projects has
completed the internal and external
refurbishment of the heritage listed
iconic Railway Hotel in Brunswick
including a significant extension
to the existing building to create a
commerical kitchen & garden bar
area in Melbournes iconic area of
Brunswick.

construction of the schools new
Junior Building for Prep and Grade
One students within the existing
school grounds. Managing all
stakeholder needs and working
collaboratively with Maddison
Architects, Ivanhoe Primary School
and the Victorian School Building
Authority, MSP successfully
delivered the new build project to
programme and within budget.
MSP team’s experience in
completing construction works
in live school environments and
occupied buildings, was crucial to
the delivery of this project. Careful
forward planning and an innate
sensitivity to the needs of the
school community ensured minimal
operational disruptions.

Dominic McColl
Director
Dom has a wide range of experience in various sectors of the construction industry, including residential, industrial, and commercial projects. He started his career with Mirvac Constructions, where he worked as a Project Coordinator. After becoming more knowledgeable as a Foreman, he joined the firm's fit-out department.
After a couple of years with Ireland Brown Constructions, he became a senior project manager. He was responsible for overseeing several large projects, which were valued at more than $35 million. His ability to manage the projects and deliver on time helped the company grow.
Jerad Smith
Director
Jerad has a wide range of experience within the commercial building industry. He started his career with Lipman Constructions in Sydney before moving to London, UK. After becoming a site manager for some of London's most prominent projects, including the British Film Institute, he was able to oversee the construction of the facility.
After returning to Australia, Jerad became a senior project manager for Ireland Brown Constructions. He was responsible for overseeing various projects, such as schools, hospitals, and universities, which were worth a total of $15 million.
