THE MAITLAND
Located at 1396-1402 Malvern Rd, The Maitland is a stunning collection of apartments inspired by the textures and tones of the leafy streets of Glen Iris. These highly refined two and three bedroom residences are the result of a collaboration between Gibson Developments, Bruce Henderson Architects and Jack Merlo Landscape Design. The nineteen Maitland residences are designed to enhance a contemporary lifestyle, with luxuriously appointed, informal kitchens positioned at the heart of the home. Here, large island benches, clever ergonomics and generous storage ensure that sharing meals is an effortless and social experience. Integrated European appliances, chrome fixtures and fittings, natural stone benchtops and recessed lighting add final touches of opulence.

LINCOLN SQUARE
Located at 18-20 Lincoln Square North, Carlton, the Lincoln Square North development was designed by Peddle Thorp, an internationally recognised and renowned architectural and interior designer that recognises the importance in providing an integrated residential and commercial apartment building that is luxury, comfortable, healthy to occupy while also having a reduced energy and water footprint. The Lincoln Square development comprised a fifteen-level residential building of 62 apartments, single level basement and a ground level commercial/ common area.

THE COMMONS, CREMORNE
Paying homage to the old warehouse styles of Cremorne, this new 3 level 2500m2 office building located at 37 Cubitt Street will blend beautifully with its surrounds. Designed by Biasol, 5m ground floor height and a facade of corten steel, the upper roof deck with views across the city are a favourite for this co-working space which is occupied by The Commons.
