Maben’s strong relationships and reputation for delivering excellent buildings continues to secure them repeat work time after time.
Their reputation for high-quality outputs has seen Maben awarded the Woolworths Dandenong Junction project, another partnership with Fabcot, Urban and Architecture HQ.
This can be seen in their continued delivery for Highpoint Shopping Centre, where they have been awarded multiple stages of the expansion of the project.
‘We’re driven by the legacy of leaving behind good buildings.’ Damien Marasco, Director.
Having almost reached completion on EastCo, Maben is currently tendering for another proposed office tower at Eastland, which would further strengthen their relationship with QIC and Eastland.
Plans for the project at 19 Ringwood St will be a 10-storey tower with ground level office space, four levels of parking space and five levels of office space.
Maben are mid-tender for the $60 million David Jones fit out in the Melbourne CBD, where they will compete along with Hickory and ADCO.
Plans for the heritage-listed building include adding new retail spaces, a supermarket, modern offices across four to six levels and rooftop terraces. Heritage elements of the building will be preserved and new entrances will be created to connect the building to Bourke and Little Collins Street.
Maben has also recently welcomed two new team members: Contract Administrator Matt Roberts and Project Coordinator Sam Powell.
Matt joins the Highpoint Myer Backfill project delivery team and Sam is a part of the Box Hill Southern Precinct (West End) delivery team.
Maben’s thriving workbook means they’ve got new opportunities to join their growing team.
